Searches tab

Searches tab contains a collection of searches available to the user. Searches are created by the system administrator and assigned to Roles (user groups).

This collection will show searches assigned to all roles the user is member of. 

Auto execute searches 

When a search has a rocket icon on the right, it means it will execute using search criteria already defined by the administrator without prompting the user for further information 

External searches 

These searches run a Google search engine search. Search criteria can be pre-defined by the user and they can also be set by the admin to auto-execute. They are marked with a special icon. 

The order of searches in the list can be changed by dragging a search to desired location in the list. 

If there are many searches available to the user, search filter can be used to find one the user is looking for.
